Highly respected by her peers, Sandra Lord has played a crucial role in Hollywood over the last several years. A key figure in facilitating access and connections in Hollywood, Ms. Lord is the founder of the popular, award winning Hollywood Networking Breakfast®, (Best Networking Event in L.A.), which she started on the Paramount Studios lot in 1993. For the past 15 years she has hosted Academy®, Golden Globe, Peabody and Emmy® Award winners and nominees, as well as top Hollywood professionals, such as Paula Wagner, John Singleton, Laura Ziskin, Lynda Obst, Tom Ortenberg, David E. Kelley, Henry Winkler, Garry Marshall, Penny Marshall and Mario Van Peebles, among many others. Other endeavors include, Women Helping Women, Creative & Business Career Strategies, Changing Images In America, the Chia Awards, the Post Oscar Showcase, Hollywood Global Entertainment Network®, and In the Loop e-magazine, among others. In January 2008, she successfully launched The Great Hollywood Mixer, titled Connectworking: Six Degrees of Separation...The Rolodex Effect,™ at the prestigious Aqua Lounge in Beverly Hills. She believes that no matter how well-educated, good looking, talented or rich, one truly has nothing if one has no sense of self. Now on the lecture circuit speaking on her varied background and experiences, her infectious confidence continues to inspire thousands and serves as a valuable impetus to help them successfully move forward in their goals. Celebrity Background

Sandra Lord grew up as a celebrity in the Caribbean, where she started a singing career at the tender age of 3. She went on to thrill audiences at some of the world’s famous venues, such as New York’s Madison Square Garden and London’s Hammersmith Palais, Montreal’s Verdun Auditorium and other top venues in the U.S., Canada, Venezuela and the Caribbean. She has garnered rave reviews for her performances, scored a #1 record on the New York charts, many hits in the Caribbean, as well as television specials, and has been featured in several publications such as New York's Daily News.  She has performed before some members of the British Royal Family and is the recipient of the only fellowship ever granted for study in voice, by the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington.

Varied Experiences

No longer performing, Ms. Lord has gone on to develop, write, produce, host, and direct projects in the British West Indies, New York and Los Angeles,  interfacing with the music, film and television industries and the business community. She is also a published writer-columnist-reviewer-songwriter, produced playwright, talk show host, producer, director, publisher, Editor in Chief, and entrepreneur.  

Sandra Lord maintains a hectic schedule. She is the Founder & CEO of Creative & Business Career  Strategies (through which she guides the careers, projects and businesses of professionals in and out of the entertainment industry); Changing Images in America (which promotes diversity in entertainment);
Women Helping Women,  the inventive professional and business networking group whose programs provide unmatched opportunities to learn, schmooze, and connect in a unique format, and which encourages women in entertainment to hire, inspire, empower, and collaborate with each other; Hollywood Global Entertainment Network (an online meeting and networking space for industry professionals in 27 countries, founded at the Cannes Film Festival); and Lord Entertainment Group, where she is currently developing television, feature film and special event properties -- she most recently served as executive producer, producer and director on “Brat Girls,” and completed production on a television pilot, “Start to Finish.” She is also the Co-Founder and CEO of TST Productions. The music extravaganza , Tomorrow’s Stars, featured- on the nationally-syndicated entertainment show, Extra, is a product of TST productions, which she co-founded with Allison Lord-Butcher and Jackie Jackson, former member of the Jackson’s 5 and brother to music icons Janet and Michael.
